About the event
Open Shop is always held in a different club member's shop each month. Â Though an informal social event, lathes are set up for just in time learning for those newer to turning. Â Mentoring new members and new turners is always a main component at every Open Shop. Â Members often use Open Shops to try out varous types of new turning techniques demonstrated at the Thursday night meeting.
